Our Independent Living Program provides safe, stable housing for adults who are capable of living independently and are seeking a supportive environment. All applicants are considered.
Who Should Apply?
Applicants may be eligible if they:
Are legally able to enter into a housing agreement
Can live independently without the need for daily medical or custodial care
Are able to comply with community rules and lease obligations
Are willing to maintain a safe, respectful, and drug-free living environment
Eligibility determinations are never based on protected characteristics
and are made solely on program capacity, safety considerations, and
compliance with housing requirements.
Application Review Process
Submitting an application:
Does not guarantee housing
Ensures fair consideration as units become available
Allows our team to assess eligibility using consistent standards applied to all applicants
Applicants may be contacted to provide additional information or documentation necessary to complete the review process. All information is kept confidential and used only for housing placement purposes.
